OUR BEGINNING

It all began with family, then business partnership, then team building and finally franchise ownership.

Lori Oller and Amy Whitmarsh are sisters and co-owners of the RE/MAX Results franchise.

Back in 2006 the dream to do something different, something bigger than themselves was conceived. Both ladies are living that dream daily to help the agents they serve figure out their “why”, to achieve their goals and ultimately fulfill their dreams in the field of real estate

As a real estate broker it is my pleasure to serve the sales associates who choose to trust my company. The success of each of the sales associates at RE/MAX Results is of utmost importance to me. All of us have different goals in life. How can I help serve your real estate business needs so you can produce the income needed to reach your life goals? 

To me, being an owner means being responsible for the systems that allow the office to run smoothly and efficiently. Efficiency has always been an important theme to me. Time is a resource which limits each of us. Let’s maximize our income producing activities by minimizing time spent on non-income producing activities. I am open to suggestions from sales associates and our administrative assistants on how we can become more efficient down to even the smallest of details. Our office is constantly growing and changing in order to make efficiency a reality.

My degrees in Environmental Policy (BS) and Environmental Science (MS) from the University of Tulsa and Oklahoma State University respectively, have prepared me as a professional. Understanding business relations, the need for both written and verbal communication skills, the flow and efficiencies of well-designed systems, and the importance of a fluid and innovative culture within a company have all driven my success in business.

I use the saying "All Ships Rise with the Tide," a lot these days. I appreciate this phrase because it helps describe how I feel about our agent's success.  The culture of sharing and collaboration we have created at RE/MAX Results exemplifies the heart I have to see agents propel forward in their business and to achieve their particular "why" in life.  When we all contribute and we all remain learning based, we all improve! 

I spent 6 wonderful years at Oklahoma State University receiving my Bachelors and Masters of Science Degrees and have worked along side the best mentors in multiple businesses to get me to where I am professionally today.  I credit lots of love and support from godly parents, siblings, husband, children and in-laws that demonstrate daily the benefits of hard work, entrepreneurism and the value of being a self-starter.  I pray that I am able to show those same attributes daily to our staff and agents.

Our office operates out of a spirit of abundance where we know there is enough business for all of us to go around and we celebrate the successes of others! Our weekly agent development called "Momentum" is a powerful time where seasoned veterans and our newer agents all collaborate through a guided system on how to improve our business conversations, our skill sets and our professionalism to our clients for a world class real estate experience. 

My goal is to provide opportunities for RE/MAX Results agents to learn and grow their businesses as the original RE/MAX model intends; to be in business for themselves but not by themselves. My goals will be achieved when I see others reach theirs, it is a WIN-WIN!  BOOM!  Let's go...

Katie is from Northwest Arkansas and has lived in Owasso for several years. She is here to tackle administrative needs and is our friendly face at our Owasso office. Stop in and say hello!

From pop-by and closing gifts to design services, Katie takes care of our agents’ needs managing our Concierge menu and is a great source of knowledge. If she doesn’t know the answer, she can find it!


MEAGHAN WILSON

DIRECTOR OF DISBURSEMENT & AUDITING

Meaghan, an Owasso native, is married to Dakota, and has two sons. She creates DA's and audits all Transaction Rooms, DotLoops, and MLS. Meaghan can answer almost any question you have regarding your RE/MAX back office systems, DocuSign and Transaction Rooms.


Mandy hill

IMPRESSIONS - BARTLESVILLE

 Mandy is thrilled to be the Director of First Impressions at the Bartlesville RE/MAX Results office. She has spent her vast career in administrative support in various industries.  Two favorites of hers include working on the (new at the time) C-17 military plane at McDonnell Douglas Aerospace and a wonderful 17 years at the Wesleyan Church District office in San Diego.  She graduated with a Bachelors in Communications/Public Relations from Cal State University Fullerton in 1988.  She focuses
her life on God, her family, travel, having fun and trying new things.


Kelsey Tolbert

DIRECTOR OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS - TULSA

Meet Kelsey, a bona fide Okie with a knack for communications and a relentless pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. Originating from Broken Arrow, she holds a BA in Communications from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!). When not in the office, Kelsey enjoys getting lost in the pages of a good book, immersing herself in the cinematic magic of the big screen, or hitting the open road for exciting road trips. Her heart belongs to her family, and her dedication to RE/MAX shines through her 5+ years of experience in agent services.
