SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description

Higher Ground Real Estate, DBA REMAX Results, uses SMS to send property alerts, recruiting messages, promotions, confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.

1. Consent
   Participation in our SMS program is optional. By selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our form or otherwise expressly opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Higher Ground Real Estate, DBA REMAX Results, for the purposes disclosed when you sign up.
   Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

2. Opting Out
   You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
   If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carrier Disclaimer
   Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

   Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary.
